Now is the Time to Buy in San Antonio

As interest rates climb many consumers wonder whether or not it is a good time to buy real estate in the San Antonio area.  Smart consumers are taking advantage of the still historically low rates and large inventories to get the most for their dollar.  Homes that are priced right for their market and in top condition will sell fast. Markets that have a good economy with diverse employment do better than others.  Other factors that add to a good market are University influence, large populations, access to parks and rural areas.  These factors combine to create a favorable atmosphere for business and leisure. Other markets that do not have such good economies or amenities still are good for real estate and will not change drastically until interest rates rise considerably.  Real estate is still the best investment and should always be considered when the option is available.  Even the most competitive markets have cooled off significantly and are leaning to more of a buyers market.  Now is the time to buy real estate in the San Antonio area.
